Our first location at El Tatbiquen Tower was the Abbassia site, which had 100 seats and a minimal domestic account that only provided contact centre and rental services.

We have entered the telecommunication industry specifically the "vodafone business line.

We successfully acquired the MBI site, allowing us to accommodate a total of 400 seats across various accounts and lines of business (LOBs)

We expanding MB2 site significantly expanded seating capacity to accommodate 615 seats, and introduced a groundbreaking new service known as HRO

Along with growing our footprint, we got another floor in El Tatbiquen Tower and have added a new range of ITO services.

We successfully starting provide our services all over the world and acquiring the technology park site
Expanded to an 805-seat capacity and began providing new services like marketing and business consulting.

We increase our footprint in the United Arab Emirates by establishing AGCX.

We expanding more in offshore by getting new accounts and the company got certified with ISO & PCI Certificates
